How I 10x in 2025.

2024 was my best year on the internet. I sold 2 sites, started making some money on the internet. I need to do my totals but I believe it was somewhere around the $2500 range. Not amazing, but if you consider prior to this my best year was more like $100 dollars, then it feels pretty good.

I am still in the trial phase of life, exploring lots of ways to make money, and learn new things. I believe if you continue to learn, the money will follow. So far that has been correct. But when I take my foot of learning for a while, it all comes to a stop pretty quickly.

At some point in the future I believe all these skills and knowledge will combine and suddenly be worth a lot.

Writing has been a big part of this, making me accountable, clarifying my thoughts, and serving me very well in many facets of life. It has helped out develop my peers at work, and earn more there. It has allowed me to finally finish the first draft of my first play. The thoughts flow very easily now and I am comfortable writing a blog post in a matter of 15 minutes.

I know whatever I build will require these skills, even if the business I build is not even internet based.

AI Coding (and some “normal coding”) has helped me along too. I’ve built things that have helped some of my sites grow very well (think free tools for gardeners or personal finance).

The next stage of my journey focuses on building a community around my interests. I care about personal finance, but I’m bored of my own, moving the needle here does not have as much as impact as it once did.

My next site is going to be my biggest yet. I plan it being a community for me to drive. Whether that is using a third party platform, or whether I can build myself.

I want to help people struggling with their finances and careers to see the path through. That would be a very good thing to leave to this world.

I will update this blog when that is ready to launch. But I am very excited to make an impact. If it makes zero money I don’t care. If it has a positive impact, I do.

Solve problems, the rest follows.
